Doshi -> Dunno exactly who you are, but you appear to be slightly misinformed of life in lower Syndicate these days.
1) Roaming corporations:
DNA have been, judging by their kill list, on an empire contract, and after that, it looks like they've taken a break for Pure Blind and thereabouts.
Solstice? Well, they send down 1-2 interceptors to 3rd Front space approx every 4th day or so.
Various others try their hand at piracy in MHC-R3. Most of them are too inept to stay for longer than a couple of hours at best, then they leave, either in pods or by boredom, and most of them do not return.
Teddybears/TunDragon occasionally crosses into lower Syndicate, approximately once every month or so.
There might be a few people roaming about in Y9G-KS, but that's pretty much it.
Now tell me, how exactly can you claim what you do?

I wno't get into the discussion, it just seems you lack up to date information on lower Syndicate. It's been a while since I've seen anything noteworthy trying to maraude, pirate-style, through lower Syndicate. And I'm not even Supremacy.
